Lemon Zest Cupcakes
Enjoy moist, east to prepare Cowbell Lemon Zesty Cupcakes.
INGREDIENTS
METHOD
- 1. Soften butter
- 2. Add sugar to melted butter
- 3. Add vanilla extract to softened butter and sugar – create a dough
- 4. Add eggs
- 5. Sieve flour into the dough
- 6. Add yeast
- 7. Add a table spoon of Cowbell Milk to 60ml of water
- 8. Pour milk into dough
- 9. Add lemon zest to the dough
- 10. Pour dough into cupcake moulders/pan
- 11. Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes
- ICING:
- 1. Softened butter
- 2. Add vanilla extract to softened butter
- 3. Add lemon zest
- 4. Mix well until it creates a dough
- 5. Add icing sugar
- 6. Add a table spoon of Cowbell Milk to 60ml of water
- 60ml of water 7. Pipe icing onto your cupcakes.
