Lemon Zest Cupcakes

Enjoy moist, east to prepare Cowbell Lemon Zesty Cupcakes.

INGREDIENTS

  • Cowbell Milk
  • Flour
  • Milk
  • Sugar
  • Vanilla Extract
  • Eggs
  • Icing Sugar
  • Butter
  • Yeast
  • METHOD

    1. 1. Soften butter
    2. 2. Add sugar to melted butter
    3. 3. Add vanilla extract to softened butter and sugar – create a dough
    4. 4. Add eggs
    5. 5. Sieve flour into the dough
    6. 6. Add yeast
    7. 7. Add a table spoon of Cowbell Milk to 60ml of water
    8. 8. Pour milk into dough
    9. 9. Add lemon zest to the dough
    10. 10. Pour dough into cupcake moulders/pan
    11. 11. Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes
    12. ICING:
    13. 1. Softened butter
    14. 2. Add vanilla extract to softened butter
    15. 3. Add lemon zest
    16. 4. Mix well until it creates a dough
    17. 5. Add icing sugar
    18. 6. Add a table spoon of Cowbell Milk to 60ml of water
    19. 60ml of water 7. Pipe icing onto your cupcakes.
