Yogurt
How to make Yogurt using Cowbell Milk.
INGREDIENTS
METHOD
- Boil 3 litres of water then allow to cool until its lukewarm (45°c), then pour into a bowl.
- Add 400g of Cowbell milk and mix well then add 4 teaspoons of plain yoghurt and mix all together.
- Cover the bowl with a heavy/thick cloth and allow to stand at room temperature for 8 hours.
