How to make Yogurt using Cowbell Milk.

INGREDIENTS

  • Cowbell Milk Powder
  • 3 litres of water
  • Plain Yoghurt
  • Thick/ heavy cloth
  • METHOD

    1. Boil 3 litres of water then allow to cool until its lukewarm (45°c), then pour into a bowl.
    2. Add 400g of Cowbell milk and mix well then add 4 teaspoons of plain yoghurt and mix all together.
    3. Cover the bowl with a heavy/thick cloth and allow to stand at room temperature for 8 hours.
